kr99 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and kr99 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kr99 website, mobile application and all associated gaming services available at kr99.ws. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members and any person who accesses or uses any part of the kr99 platform.

By accessing or using the kr99 platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the kr99 platform immediately.

3. Eligibility

To open and maintain a kr99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kr99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement for all members. Players found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds deposited will be returned minus processing fees where applicable, with any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships and other legal entities are not permitted to hold kr99 accounts. Each account must be registered in the legal name of the individual player.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information at registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not already hold an existing kr99 account. Players are permitted one account only. If you have forgotten your credentials, use the account recovery process rather than registering a second account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All play, deposits and withdrawals must be conducted by the registered account holder only. Playing on behalf of another person — including as an agent — is prohibited.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To access the kr99 platform's full features, you must complete the registration process and, where required by our compliance obligations, complete identity verification (KYC). The following conditions apply to all kr99 accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted on your account while you are logged in is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.
• kr99 may require you to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a valid national ID card, passport or driving licence, and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. KYC submission is mandatory for all withdrawal requests above the standard threshold.
• kr99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to an account at any time while identity or source-of-funds verification is pending. No interest will be payable on funds held during verification periods.

• Players may request closure of their kr99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawals that have already been approved will be processed to completion. Any active bonus balances will be voided upon account closure at the player's request.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

kr99 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount at kr99 is ৳200 across all supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard). There is no kr99 platform fee on standard deposits.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). kr99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above ৳10,000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect players from fraudulent withdrawal attempts by third parties.
• Players may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts (including family members) are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be voided and returned, and the kr99 account may be suspended pending investigation.
• kr99 processes approved withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving institution. kr99 does not guarantee processing times during peak periods, system maintenance windows or public holidays.
• Any attempt to reverse, dispute or chargeback a deposit transaction after using the deposited funds for betting is considered fraudulent and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and, where permitted by applicable law, referral to appropriate authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

kr99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion's offer page:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the offer details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. The bonus balance is subject to wagering requirements and may not be withdrawn directly. Winnings generated from bonus funds that meet the wagering requirements are credited to the real-money balance and may then be withdrawn normally.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and may be claimed once per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times will be deemed to have engaged in bonus abuse, and all associated accounts will be closed with balances forfeited.
• kr99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any ongoing wagering requirements in progress at the time a promotion is withdrawn will remain in effect until completed.
• Bonuses may only be used in games specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds in games not covered by a promotion may void the bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• kr99 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, cancel or claw back any bonus where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, abuse, exploitation of a technical error, or any other activity that kr99 considers to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.

7. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering conducted on the kr99 platform. Game-specific rules are available within each game's information section on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet may not be cancelled, amended or reversed after it has been placed and accepted by the kr99 system, except where kr99 determines at its sole discretion that a technical error has resulted in an incorrect bet being recorded.
• kr99 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — for example, due to a data feed error, a technical fault, or a manifest pricing mistake. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account.
• kr99 does not knowingly accept bets from players who have insider knowledge of the outcome of an event. Any bet placed on the basis of inside information, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity will be voided and the account closed, and the matter may be referred to the relevant sporting or law enforcement authorities.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet — including live in-play betting on cricket, football or any other sport — the decision of kr99 shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined below. kr99's records of all bets placed and settled on its system are the authoritative record.
• Maximum win limits apply to individual bets and may vary by game type, event, and market. kr99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout for any individual player or bet at its sole discretion, including where kr99 believes a player may be exploiting a pricing error or a promotional overlay.

8. Responsible Gaming

kr99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players on its platform. The following conditions and tools exist to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Players may set deposit limits, session time reminders and loss limits via their account settings. These limits take effect immediately when reducing existing limits and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increasing them, to protect players from impulsive decisions.
• Players may request a temporary cool-off period (of 24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting kr99 customer support. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be restricted and they will be unable to deposit or place bets.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform, including but not limited to bet-placement bots, odds-scraping tools or real-time arbitrage software.
• Where kr99 closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where the account closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as a player-initiated closure — any remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the kr99 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, images, software, game interfaces and all associated intellectual property — is the property of kr99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, licence or interest in any kr99 intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or use any content from the kr99 platform for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of kr99. Personal, non-commercial use of the platform's content for the purpose of accessing and using the kr99 services is permitted within the scope of your membership.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kr99 limits its liability to players as follows:

• kr99 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the kr99 platform, even if kr99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• kr99 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical faults, third-party service disruptions and events outside kr99's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability. kr99 will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly but shall not be liable for losses incurred during any downtime period.
• kr99 is not responsible for any telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, or device malfunctions that may prevent a player from accessing the kr99 platform or completing a bet or transaction. Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable connection before placing time-sensitive bets.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kr99's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

kr99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kr99 will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on record, or via a prominent notice on the kr99 platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the kr99 platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the kr99 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kr99 operates as a safe and reliable platform committed to fair play, SSL-encrypted security and transparent terms. Any unresolved dispute between a player and kr99 that cannot be settled through our internal dispute resolution process may be referred to independent alternative dispute resolution, the details of which will be provided upon written request to customer support.
